Monday, February 6th, 2023 is National Time to Talk Day. This day draws attention to the importance of reaching out and discussing your mental health. Did you know that opening up can help others to see support? Help raise awareness about this day and mental health. We can help reduce the stigma of discussing issues and saying sometimes, we are not okay.
Facts about Mental Health ...

Why is this day important?
It gives us permission to speak openly about issues. It's a day meant to share stories, acceptance and understanding.
It changes the narrative. This day can help to knock down the stigma of seeking mental health care and talking about our concerns.
It helps you realize you are not alone. Knowing that other people suffer from similar issues can help us find support and feel understood.
If you, or someone you know, is struggling with mental health issues help them find local resources or call a National Hotline. If it's an emergency call 9-1-1.
